We supply Floating Ball Valves in a wide range of configurations. The valve design can be internally engineered according to international standards or customized to clients requirements, for standard, hot oil and cryogenic applications, in compliance with client’s lead time and deadline delivery requests. We can also provide Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) to proof new design or tailored applications.
The Floating ball valves flexible use within oil and gas market is mainly due to a light structure that grants a positive cost advantage and an extensive range of sizes (1/2” to 6”), classes (150 to 2500 lbs), seat sealings, end types (RF, RTJ, CF, BW, Hub …) and materials.
Our Floating ball valves can be operated either by lever or gear box and are qualified SIL2.
Low Alloy, CS, LTCS, SS, Super Duplex SS, 6MO, Inconel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium.
Internal Corrosion Resistant Alloy Welded Overlays are provided on Sealing Areas or on All Wetted Parts upon request on CS, LTCS and Low Alloy valves.
