Health and safety

Health and safety protocols are a central part of Valland’s company policy, documented in the company Strategy Policy (downloadable on this page). The main goal on health and safety matters is zero accidents.

All personnel are trained on health and safety and on respect for the environment, in accordance with Italian and European law. Internal audits are performed on a mandatory schedule, and customer audits are welcome as opportunities for continuous improvement. Dedicated protocols and procedures — Safe Job Analysis — are applied for special testing and out-of-standard jobs.
